Crunch Fitness - Fitness Growth Capital is seeking a front desk associate to drive membership sales and deliver exceptional guest experiences on-site. You will greet members and guests, check them in, and promote available services while maintaining a welcoming club atmosphere.

Responsibilities include answering phones, coordinating events, processing payments, and coordinating with management on member needs. A professional demeanor and strong English communication are essential for success.

• Assist in projects as delegated by management.
• Follow Employee Handbook policies.
• Handle opening and closing duties.

• Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures
• Facilitate any messages on club software at member check-in

• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager
• Maintain professional disposition at all times
