Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Hamilton in Hamilton Township, NJ seeks a friendly front desk associate to drive memberships and deliver excellent member service. You will greet guests, process check-ins, sell memberships and retail, and coordinate member services while upholding gym policies.

Ideal candidates communicate clearly in English and have strong reading and writing skills, plus outstanding customer service. You will support events, maintain a welcoming environment, and handle opening to closing

Responsibilities

• Membership sales
• Greet members and guests warmly as they exit the club
• Check in members and guests per procedures
• Assist with club software messaging at check-in
• Answer phones courteously and professionally
• Inform members about special events
• Maintain welcoming atmosphere for members
• Assist member requests or escalate to manager
• Sell retail products
• Schedule member services (e.g. tanning)
• Process payments for member services as per procedures
• Know club facilities, services and schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist in all projects as directed by management
• Follow Employee Handbook policies and procedures
• Opening and closing duties

• Membership Sales
• Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club
• Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures
• Facilitate any messages on club software at member check-in
• Answer phones in courteous, helpful, professional manner
• Communicate special events to members and guests
• Maintain an atmosphere, which makes members feel welcome
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager
• Maintain professional disposition at all times
• Sell retail products
• Schedule member services: tanning, etc
• Facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures
• Know club facility, services, and schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist in all projects as delegated by club management
• Follow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook
• Opening and closing duties
