Job summary

crunch is seeking a front-desk/ membership associate to greet members and guests, process check-ins, and promote services at the club. You will handle calls, coordinate events, and support daily operations in a friendly, professional environment.

This role supports member satisfaction, drives retail sales, and ensures smooth scheduling of services like tanning. A strong service mindset and clear communication are essential for success in a busy club setting.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and able to read and write clearly.
• Proficiency with basic computer operations and software usage.
• Excellent customer service mindset and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Membership Sales
• Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club
• Check in all members and guests according to company procedures
• Facilitate messages on club software at member check-in
• Answer phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner
• Communicate special events to members and guests
• Maintain an atmosphere that makes members feel welcome
• Facilitate member requests or forward to a manager
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Sell retail products
• Schedule member services: tanning, etc.
• Facilitate payment of member services per procedures
• Know club facilities, services, and schedules
• Assist in all projects as delegated by club management
• Follow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook
• Opening and closing duties
