The Jorgensen Family YMCA in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Part-time Member Services Representative to join our Membership Team. You will be at the heart of creating welcoming experiences for members and families, delivering high-quality service in a diverse community.

Responsibilities include building authentic relationships, servicing member needs, and providing friendly service on-site and by phone.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• If 18 or older, must have a high school diploma, GED, or the equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Demonstrates effective communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to handle stress.
• Attentive to details, organized, and proficient at other clerical and computer skills.
• Ability to relate to, welcome, and communicate with diverse groups of people regardless of age, race, economic status, religion, or cultural differences.
