Responsibilities

As part of the Jorgensen Family YMCA team the Youth and Family Coordinator will assist with the development, management, and delivery of high-quality programs.

• Develop: Create and distribute program rules, guidelines, and handbooks to ensure safe and consistent program delivery.
• Evaluate: Track participation and outcomes to help ensure program effectiveness and continuous improvement.
• Support:Assist with marketing, participant communication, and responding to questions or concerns.

Requirements

Candidates must be committed to contributing to the mission, culture, and values of the YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne as well as:

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, supervisory, and organizational skills.
• Excellent human relation skills and enthusiasm.
• Basic math skills and demonstrated recordkeeping proficiency.
• An elevated level of organization, flexibility, and ability to handle difficult situations effectively.
