Job summary

WESTconsin Credit Union is seeking a teller to provide friendly, professional service while processing transactions and assisting members. You will respond to inquiries, refer needs, and help with consumer loans in a supportive team environment.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, strong typing and data entry skills, and excellent communication abilities. The role includes an every other Saturday rotation and growth opportunities within a community-focused credit union.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Credit Union to members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Provide prompt, efficient, confidential, and accurate service in processing Teller transactions.
• Responds to members' requests, problems, and complaints, and/or directs them to proper person for assistance and resolution.
• Learns to recognize member's needs for services, and presents and refers them appropriately.
• Process consumer loans for members.

What You’ll Be Doing

What You’ll Need To Be Successful

• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
• This includes an every other Saturday rotation.
