Job summary

Crunch Fitness Nashua is seeking a friendly front desk associate to greet members, manage member check-ins and support daily club operations. You will help deliver an outstanding guest experience and maintain a welcoming, professional atmosphere at the front desk.

Primary duties include memberships sales, processing payments, scheduling member services, and communicating upcoming events to members and guests.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English required.
• Proficient reading and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Membership sales.
• Greet all members & guests with a smile and exit courteously.
• Check in all members and guests following company procedures.
• Facilitate messages on club software at member check-in.
• Answer phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner.
• Communicate special events to members and guests.
• Maintain an atmosphere that makes members feel welcome.
• Process inquiries and forward to a manager when needed.
• Sell retail products.
• Schedule member services (e.g., tanning) and process payments.

• Membership Sales

• Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures
• Facilitate any messages on club software at member check-in

• Maintain an atmosphere, which makes members feel welcome
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager
• Maintain professional disposition at all times
• Sell retail products
• Schedule member services: tanning, etc
• Facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures
• Know club facility, services, and schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist in all projects as delegated by club management
• Follow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook
• Opening and closing duties
