Job summary

Crunch in Leesburg, VA is seeking a front desk associate to drive membership sales while delivering warm, professional service to every member and guest.

You will greet and check in members, answer phones, relay messages, manage club software, schedule services, process payments, and share event information. Fluency in English, strong reading/writing, and solid computer skills are required. This role includes opening and closing duties and maintaining a welcoming environment.

• Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club
• Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures
• Facilitate messages on club software at member check-in
• Answer phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner
• Communicate special events to members and guests
• Maintain an atmosphere that makes members feel welcome
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager
• Maintain professional disposition at all times
• Sell retail products
• Schedule member services such as tanning
• Facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures
• Know club facility, services, and schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist in all projects as delegated by club management
• Follow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook
