Join Our Team as a Member Services Representative at Pinnacle Fit Clubs LLC

We are looking for a dedicated Member Services Representative to create a positive experience for our members by delivering exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Schedule

Full Time

• Monday - Friday: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk activities including answering phones, member check-ins, new member sign-ups, tours, and account updates.
• Respond to member questions and concerns professionally and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the club.
