Starting pay at $16.50/hour; pay is commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for members, providing excellent service and collaborating with other departments to address inquiries.
  • Assist members promptly and accurately at the counter, drive-up, phone, or via mail with all financial transactions, maintaining confidentiality.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen member relationships through quality deposits, loan referrals, and promoting credit union products and services.
  • Balance the cash drawer daily with accuracy.
  • Take initiative for personal development and stay informed about all credit union products.
  • Use system contacts effectively to convey information and resolve issues.
Position Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and balancing the cash drawer required.
  • Preferred: 1+ years in sales, retail, or customer service with success in achieving goals.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, outgoing personality, positive attitude.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle confidential matters responsibly.
  • Proficient keyboarding and 10-key skills, with ability to navigate multiple computer systems.
  • Ability to travel to other branches as needed.
  • Team player with flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
