We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated professionals to join our team as Remote Bilingual Healthcare Member Services Representatives. This is your chance to make a real difference in the lives of our members while working from the comfort of your home!

About the Role :

As a Remote Bilingual Healthcare Member Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our Spanish and English-speaking members, providing exceptional service and support. You'll utilize cutting-edge technology to answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure a positive member experience.

This is a remote position, and you must reside within 1-hour radius of 3200 Breckenridge Blvd, Duluth GA 30096.

Start Date : June and July Start Dates

Compensation :

During Training (12 weeks) : $18.00 per hour

After Training : $19.00 per hour

Training / Working Schedule :

  • Training Hours 12 weeks : Fluctuate from Mon-Fri 8am-4 : 30pm EST and 11 : 30am-9 : 30pm EST
  • Your schedule fluctuates during the training period and once you are completed with training you are given a set schedule that can change at times due to call volumes, but you are given a notice!
  • AFTER TRAINING : Must be able to work weekends- Schedule could be anywhere from 7am EST Start Time to 9 : 30pm EST (Mon-Sun)always have 2 days off during the week. MUST be able to work weekends!

What you will be doing :

  • Respond to a high volume of incoming calls
  • Heavy data entry, updating patient profiles / demographics
  • Track interactions and ensure proper compliance using dual screens and the latest technology

Requirements :

  • 6+ months Call Center Experience (2+ yrs Customer Service Experience)
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (Bilingual assessment required).
  • Able to work flexible / required hours of operation / work schedule, including weekends.
  • Healthcare knowledge is a PLUS but not required.
  • Pass Required Assessments
