What You Will Do

• Answer patient calls and obtain necessary information to process the call.
• Know each practice's and providers' schedules and preferences.
• Coordinate with practice staff and providers regarding patient care, including:
• Pre-visit planning and insurance eligibility
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Notating information in the EMR system
• Communicating after-care plans with patients
• Maintain professionalism and respect in all interactions.

Required

• Knowledge of healthcare, medical terminology, insurance products, and benefits coordination
• Effective communication skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work EST hours
• Comfortable working remotely (preferably in MA & TX)
