Member Services Representative Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding members professionally and efficiently, adhering to policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to set up and verify member accounts.
• Manage account mapping, rebate inquiries, and roster creation for groups and affiliates.
• Provide general data entry support and perform additional tasks as needed.

Remote Work/Travel

This role is remote, subject to AVB’s policies. Occasional travel for meetings, conventions, and representing AVB is required. Accommodations for travel should be discussed with HR.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Team-oriented and well-organized.
• Strong communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Salesforce experience is a plus but not required.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience.

Physical Requirements

Sitting at a desk and working on a computer/phone for extended periods.
