Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to members, community members, staff, and guests.
• Manage front desk operations and child care attendant duties as requested.
• Answer and respond to incoming telephone calls and inquiries.
• Handle new member enrollment appointments and related duties.
• Provide information about all special programs for individuals and corporate memberships.

Customer Service
