You will be the primary point of contact for members, answer inquiries, guide them through our products, and contribute to a courteous, member-focused experience; excellent attendance is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• 10-key data entry by touch; accuracy in transactions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for members, delivering banking services with professionalism.
