Job summary

DIRECTIONS CREDIT UNION is seeking a Member Service Representative I (Teller) to provide outstanding service to members, greet them, listen, and uncover their financial needs. You will handle basic teller duties and ensure prompt, professional service while building member relationships.

This is a full-time role offering benefits and generous Paid Time Off available immediately upon hire. The MSR I path offers development toward MSR II with opportunities for learning and greater earning

Qualifications

• Proven ability to greet members and uncover financial needs.
• Excellent cash handling and transaction accuracy.
• Knowledge of credit union products and services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operates on-line teller terminal to perform deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and other transactions.
• Opens and closes accounts and balances at end of day.
• Maintains confidentiality and security of member information.
• Promotes Credit Union products and cross-sells services when appropriate.
