Job summary

Heritage Family Credit Union is seeking a full-time Member Services Representative I (Credit Union Teller) at our Brandon branch. You will greet members, handle transactions, balance cash, and promote products with a commitment to accuracy and service excellence.

Responsibilities include deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, drive-up duties, ATM upkeep, and ensuring compliance with AML/BSA policies while delivering a world-class member experience.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience: Cash handling experience is required. Previous experience in a financial institution, retail, or customer service role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members with transactions and inquiries, ensuring accuracy and world-class service.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and related banking tasks.
• Operate drive-up window, assist with ATM/ITM servicing and night drops.
• Balance cash drawer and resolve discrepancies promptly with supervision.
• Maintain knowledge of credit union products and services for cross-selling.
• Adhere to AML/BSA policies and other regulatory requirements.
