Join HomeTown Credit Union in Faribault, MN as a full-time Member Services Representative I (Teller I). You will serve as the primary contact for members, process financial transactions, and guide customers through our services with friendly, professional service.

This onsite role offers a starting pay of $17.00 per hour alongside a benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Life Insurance, HSA, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Proficiency in 10-key data entry by touch.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

• Serve as the primary contact for members, delivering courteous banking services.
• Process financial transactions accurately and guide members through services.
