Job summary

AAA Northeast in Springfield, MA is seeking a Sales and Service Representative Registry to provide member sales, registry and service in person and over the phone. You will contribute to sales, fulfill registry duties, and support club initiatives with discretion and a focus on member satisfaction.

In this role you will meet sales targets, promote memberships and digital options, handle registry/TSA tasks, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve member questions while upholding privacy

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service with a focus in sales.
• Must satisfactorily pass state and federal background checks.
• Must meet state requirements to perform registry/TSA services.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets while ensuring high member satisfaction.
• Promote memberships, including upgrades and digital membership options.
• Educate members on AAA products and services, including credit card programs and referrals.
• Process changes to memberships and assist members with questions or issues.
• Provide registry and TSA services where applicable, handling confidential documents and data entry.
• Assist with travel needs and reservations, including accommodations and routing.
