Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service with a sales focus preferred.
• Must pass state and federal background checks as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Sell and service members in memberships, reservations, and related products in person or by phone.
• Provide registry and TSA services where required, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
• Process membership changes, assist with travel needs, and support club partnerships.
