Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits promoting the value of Company products and services.
• Processes Memberships upgrades and credit accounts.
• Completes Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders, reviewing orders and ensuring accuracy of items and invoices.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues.
• Supports safety and integrity by following company policies and reporting unsafe situations.
