Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Floater/Member Services Representative to serve as the first point of contact for members and guests. This per diem role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, handling membership inquiries and transactions while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

The MSR will support tours, sign-ups, promotions, and basic front desk operations, with emphasis on exceptional service and club culture compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation and professional communication.
• Ability to explain memberships and promotions clearly to guests.
• Comfort with handling inquiries, transactions, and billing questions.
• Willingness to learn club policies and procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist with account inquiries, sign-ups, and payments at the front desk.
• Provide information on memberships, specials, and upgrades (e.g., Black Card).
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the club and common areas.
• Support opening/closing procedures and assist managers as needed.
