Family Security Credit Union, Inc. seeks a diligent Teller to assist members with accurate cash handling and transactions at the front line. You will verify deposits, process withdrawals, and maintain ledgers while upholding exceptional service standards.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, be at least 18, and bring cashier or teller experience. A solid knowledge of MS Office and teamwork will help you succeed in a busy branch environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• One year of cashier or teller experience within the past five years.

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome members, provide prompt, accurate teller transactions.
• Receive checks and cash for deposit, verify amounts and endorsements.
• Cash checks and process withdrawals after balance verification.
• Process mail payments and deposits; prepare items for branch shipment.
• Maintain knowledge on products, policies and robbery procedures.
• Promote and cross-sell credit union products and services.
• Balance cash drawer and resolve discrepancies with Head Teller or Branch Manager.
• Check night depository and record transactions per procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
