Garden Savings Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Services Representative in Newark, NJ. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments, greet members, and guide them through various processes while educating them on products and policies.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred previous banking experience (credit union or bank).
• Ability to assist members with resolutions promptly and accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Proficient computer/technical skills.
• High Integrity and a strong work ethic is required.
• Must speak English and Portuguese or Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately process financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
• Provide a warm welcome and offer financial support to educate our members.
• Post transactions to members’ accounts.
• Open, perform maintenance, and close accounts.
• Assist with audits and other tasks assigned.
