Vantage Credit Union in Saint Charles, MO is seeking a Member Care Representative to answer inbound calls, verify member identity, identify needs, and resolve concerns with excellent service. You will handle live chat and email while promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities include cross-selling loans and deposits, researching and resolving member issues to ensure retention, and supporting training of other Member Care staff.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Lending or credit experience desirable but not required.

• Answer inbound calls with excellent member service.
• Respond to live chat and email professionally.
• Identify referral options for loans and deposits; meet sales targets.
• Research and resolve complaints to ensure member retention and satisfaction.
