Job summary

San Juan College is seeking a Member Services and Operations Coordinator for the Health and Human Performance Center. You will lead frontline staff, oversee daily operations, and ensure excellent member experiences while coordinating facility use and events.

You will hire, train, and supervise staff, resolve member issues, manage financial processes, and maintain the membership database to produce reports for leadership. Evening and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising frontline staff and coordinating facility use.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Experience with membership management databases.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day HHPC operations in support of the Director.
• Coordinates facility usage for college and community events.
• Hires, trains, and evaluates facility staff.
• Resolves customer issues and processing refunds.
• Manages financial processes with the Business Office and deposits.
• Operates the membership management system and runs reports.
