Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist branch in meeting monthly performance standards.
• Interview members and process consumer loan applications.
• Handle member account functions and cross-sell products/services to meet sales goals.
• Assist members with opening/closing accounts and resolve issues within authority.
• Process cash deposits, loan payments, and other monetary transactions; balance end-of-day.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
