Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist branch in meeting monthly performance standards and individuals' standards.
• Interview members and process applications for all types of consumer loans.
• Conduct member account functions, process requests for new services, and cross-sell appropriate credit union products or services.
• Assist members with opening and closing accounts, answer questions about products and services, and resolve problems within authority.
• Accurately receive, inspect and verify cash and negotiable instruments, balance transactions at end of day.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
