Job summary

Y-12 FCU Brand is seeking a customer service oriented professional to assist in daily branch operations. You will process applications for consumer loans and handle member accounts with accuracy and care.

Responsibilities include counseling members, cross-selling appropriate products, and balancing cash daily. You will participate in training, attend meetings, and uphold branch standards and compliance throughout daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED required.
• One year to three years of similar or related experience preferred.
• Ability to balance and maintain accuracy in financial transactions.
• Strong customer service ethic and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist branch in meeting performance standards monthly and achieve individual goals.
• Interview members and process applications for consumer loans with accuracy.
• Process member accounts, provide counseling, and cross-sell suitable products.
• Open/close accounts, answer questions, and refer complex issues to supervision.
• Accept deposits/loans, verify cash and balances, and balance daily totals.
• Attend meetings and participate in training to stay current on policies.
