• Interview members and process applications for all types of consumer loans with compliance.
• Conduct all member account functions, counsel, and cross-sell appropriate products/services.
• Assist members with opening/closing accounts and resolve issues within authority.
• Receive, inspect, verify cash and negotiable instruments; balance at end of day.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
