Job summary

Y-12 Credit Union is seeking a Branch Associate to support daily teller and member service functions at the Clinton branch. You’ll interview members, process loan applications, open/close accounts and ensure accurate cash handling.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of related experience; you will balance transactions daily, meet performance standards, and participate in sales and service goals while maintaining courtesy and compliance.

Qualifications

• A high school education or GED.
• One year to three years of similar or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist branch in meeting monthly performance standards and individual goals.
• Interview members and process consumer loan applications; review for completeness and accuracy.
• Conduct member account functions, cross-sell products, and meet sales targets.
• Assist members with opening/closing accounts; resolve issues within authority.
• Receive, verify cash and negotiable instruments; balance daily transactions.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
