You will balance your cash drawer, assist with opening and closing duties, and contribute to a welcoming branch environment. The role requires one year of cash handling and customer service experience, with a proven ability to engage members in product

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year cash handling experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience required; sales/referral experience with proven results.

Responsabilités

• Complete members' transactions at the teller window with accuracy, timeliness, courtesy, confidentiality and professionalism.
• Meet established sales referral goals as assigned by Branch Manager.
• Open and close the branch; balance cash drawer; manage cash to vault; verify cash and keep it orderly.
