Qualifications

• Two years prior banking and customer service experience.
• Identifying opportunities to enhance member financial needs, goals and objectives.
• Professional business-like appearance.
• Must have a strong interest in giving back to the community.

Responsibilities

• Provides accurate, courteous, and timely professional service to existing and prospective members.
• Meet and exceed branch membership and lending goals and objectives.
• Process loan and new membership applications ensuring proper credit union processes are followed.
• Assist members by providing information and answering questions about the credit union services.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong problem-solving skills

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Education

High school diploma or GED

Some college level coursework

Tools

Basic computer skills and familiarity with financial systems
