Job summary

Planet Fitness-United Fitness Partners in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Member Services Representative to support front desk operations, keep the club clean, and deliver a welcoming experience to every member.

You will assist with tours, enroll new members, and promote PF Black Card amenities while upholding the brand’s friendly, judgment-free culture. The role requires 18+ years of age, dependability, and physical stamina.

Qualifications

• Birthdate confirms you are a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Passion for helping others.
• Ability to meet physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, bending, and other movements as needed.
• On-time dependability because people count on you.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Keep the club super clean for members.
• Assist with recruitment of new and current members to fitness classes.
• Introduce members to PF Black Card amenities and benefits.
• Greet members at the welcome desk, check them in, and conduct tours and enrollments as needed.
• Be a leader, show passion, have fun, and motivate others.
