Job summary

Planet Fitness-United Fitness Partners is hiring a Member Services Representative in Yuma, AZ. You will maintain a clean club, check in members, and greet guests at the welcome desk while assisting with tours and enrollment.

Role includes introducing members to Black Card amenities, supporting the team, and working a schedule that includes weekends and holidays. PF Black Card membership and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Birthdate confirms minimum of 18 years of age.
• Passion for helping others.
• Understanding of the physical demands including communicating, standing, walking, bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• On-time dependability because people are counting on you.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a super clean club environment as members value.
• Assist in recruiting new and existing members for classes with trainers.
• Introduce members to Black Card amenities.
• Greet members at the welcome desk, check in members, and conduct energetic tours and enrollments.
• Lead by example with enthusiasm and invite others to participate.
• Work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Support growth with competitive salaries and PF Black Card membership.
