Job summary

Homewood Mountain Resort in California seeks a proactive Member Services Coordinator to lead the Club Services Associate team, ensuring daily member-facing operations meet high standards and brand promises.

The role partners with the Director of Club Operations and Senior Manager of Member & Residential Services to develop concierge programs across ski, marina, and golf, while overseeing scheduling, training, reporting, and procurement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in hospitality, property management, or member services, with supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills; experience in reporting, scheduling, or procurement is a plus.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication; ability to work across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee schedules and daily assignments for the Club Services Associate team, ensuring adequate coverage and quality performance.
• Lead departmental development of elevated four-season concierge programs (Ski, Marina, Golf) and coordinate related services.
• Monitor daily operations, conduct quality checks, and coach team to uphold Homewood's service standards.
• Handle administration, reporting, and procurement tasks; prepare and distribute activity reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Facilities, and department leaders to align staffing and service offerings.
