Homewood Mountain & Lake Club is seeking a Guest Services Senior Lead to oversee day-to-day operations and provide exceptional service to guests across the Guest Services Office, ticket windows, and on-mountain areas.

The role supports the Services Manager and Resort Services Director with leadership duties, ensuring guests receive knowledgeable, efficient, and personalized assistance while promoting resort products and services.

Qualifications

• 1 year (or more) of hospitality, ski resort, or related experience.
• Previous supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate communication.
• Must be 18 years or older; ability to work flexible hours.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guests and team.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional guest service by understanding needs and offering appropriate resort products.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to resort access, services, and billing.
• Oversee daily operations across Guest Services offices, ticket windows, call center, and on-mountain scanning.
• Assist with scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Troubleshoot POS and ticketing systems and maintain knowledge of resort products.
