Job summary

Homewood Mountain Resort, part of Discovery Land Company, seeks an adaptable Operations Support role to assist across club operations, residential services, and outdoor pursuits. You will help set up and break down experiences, maintain clean, stocked spaces, and support across services to deliver a premier member experience.

Responsibilities include weekly home condition checks, real estate tour prep, and coordinating with the Facilities Team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in hospitality, outdoor recreation, property operations, or a related field preferred.
• Strong work ethic with a hands-on, team-first mentality.
• Ability to work across multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Support daily club activations across multiple Club operations departments.
• Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of club experiences, programs, and events.
• Ensure club spaces are clean, organized, stocked, and prepared for member use.
• Support as needed across Club and Resort services.
• Provide general support to ensure a seamless and elevated member experience throughout the day.
• Support Perform weekly residential checks and report on home condition, readiness, and service needs.
• Assist with home staging and preparation for member arrivals and departures.
• Support housekeeping needs such as stocking, and basic property readiness tasks.
• Assist with preparation of homes and spaces for real estate tours and sales experiences.
• Communicate observations, needs, and service updates to the Homewood Facilities Team.
• Assist with preparation, setup, and breakdown of Outdoor Pursuits activities and equipment when requested.
• Support guides and team members in delivering safe, organized, and high-quality experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of Outdoor Pursuits facilities and gear.
• Assist with staging, movement, and basic upkeep of company and guest vehicles.
• Support operations involving recreational equipment as needed.
• Ensure vehicles and equipment are clean, fueled/charged, and ready for use.
• Support in setting the standard for daily execution and service.
• Assist department leads with daily operational needs across the property.
• Maintain a high level of organization, cleanliness, and attention to detail in all work areas.
• Identify and communicate service gaps, safety concerns, or maintenance needs.
• Assist with special projects, events, and operational initiatives as assigned.
