Job summary

Discovery Land Company – Homewood Mountain & Lake Club is seeking a dedicated Member Services Coordinator to lead the Club Services Associate team and ensure high-quality, member-focused service. You will coordinate schedules, coach staff, and maintain SOPs and training materials across multiple concierge lines.

The role requires proactive leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with department leaders to deliver elevated experiences for members year-round.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in hospitality, property, or member services with supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead, train, schedule, and motivate a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong administrative, organizational, reporting, and procurement skills.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and service providers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Club Services Associate team schedules and daily assignments.
• Train onboarding and mentor new team members.
• Prepare weekly activity reports for leadership.
• Coordinate cross-department with Sales, Marketing, Facilities.
• Respond to member requests with timely, high-quality service.
• Develop SOPs and training guides for concierge services.
