Job summary

The La Crosse Area Family YMCA is seeking part-time leaders for our Dahl branch in La Crosse to engage members, participants and staff through friendly, proactive service. You will be a visible, responsive presence at the front desk, helping members feel welcome and supported during their visits.

As a frontline Member Services Representative, you will address needs, assist guests, and collaborate with teams to maintain a safe, inviting environment for all ages.

Qualifications

• Emergency decision making in crisis situations.
• Clear, respectful communication with members, staff and guests.
• Ability to build positive relationships with youth and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members, staff, volunteers and guests.
• Address member and safety concerns as needed.
• Engage members/participants around the facility.
• Act as lead Member Services Representative in all situations.
