Virginia Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance in Purcellville, VA is seeking a Member Service Specialist to serve farm families and small businesses. The role supports sales, handles member inquiries, and helps keep the Loudoun County Farm Bureau running smoothly from the Purcellville office.

You will train toward a Property & Casualty license, receive paid training, and enjoy a regular Mon-Fri schedule with benefits starting on day one. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Property & Casualty license within three months of employment (training provided).
• Keep license current through CE credits.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions by phone, email and in person.
• Process payments, submit claim reports and prepare certificates of insurance and binders.
• Promote cross-selling and set appointments for agents.
• Maintain county Farm Bureau records and financial accounting system.
