Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, processing payments, supporting agents, promoting healthcare and life products, maintaining records and membership data, and assisting in board meetings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Must obtain P&C license within three months of employment
• Must maintain licenses through CE credits

Responsibilities

• Handle insurance inquiries via phone, email, and in person; process payments and certificates.
• Support agents with home/auto quotes, new business, cross-sell; set agent appointments.
• Promote healthcare offerings and collect information for referrals.
• Maintain county Farm Bureau records, files, and documents.
• Maintain county financial accounting; record transactions and deposits.
• Manage membership data; renewals, numbers, paid listings, and databases.
• Assist in planning board meetings; record minutes and maintain minutes books.
• Communicate with County President and Directors on membership matters.
• Open/close the office; maintain supplies.
• Operate county Farm Bureau and Insurance software; use office equipment.
