Formación

• Customer service experience required
• Experience with insurance processing and certificates of insurance preferred
• Ability to assist with sales and cross-selling activities
• Office administration and record-keeping skills a plus

Responsabilidades

• Insurance processing: answer inquiries by phone, email or in person; process payments; file claim reports; prepare certificates of insurance and binders; process policy changes.
