Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises in Louisville, KY seeks a Member Specialist to support Field Sales and Branch Operations. The role includes assisting insureds and members, selling memberships, and aiding in the sale of insurance products.

Must hold a valid Property and Casualty license for the assigned states and provide service along with cross-selling opportunities. Travel to off-site meetings may be required.

Qualifications

• High School GED Required.
• 1-3 years Sales or customer service Preferred.
• Proficiency in data entry.
• Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Notary Public - National Notary Association within 1 Year Required.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License, valid in selling state - Issued by State

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to members and insureds.
• Sell memberships and assist in the sale of insurance to prospective insureds; process changes, renewals and billing information.
• Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists.
• Communicate positively with staff and management; maintain good relationships.
• Provide service support for management, sales and life agents; engage in cross-selling opportunities.
• Resolve member and insured related problems using discretion and escalate when necessary.
