Job summary

Crunch Fitness is hiring a front desk agent to create a welcoming environment for members as they check in and seek service. You will drive member referrals, conduct gym tours, and enroll prospects into memberships with a friendly, growth-minded team.

Ideal candidates bring customer service experience, strong communication skills, and availability to work evenings or weekends in a fast-paced fitness environment. Training on Crunch Fitness systems and membership services will be provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests at the front desk and provide courteous service
• Generate appointments through referrals, presentations, and follow-ups
• Enrollable prospective members after gym tours and demonstrations
• Be knowledgeable about Crunch Fitness membership services and equipment
• Maintain accurate records in Crunch Fitness systems and tools
• Keep the facility clean and welcoming during daily walks around the gym
