Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests and verify identification prior to entry.
• Greet members by name and provide information about programs and services.
• Answer inquiries and assist visitors with questions while maintaining front desk organization.
• Open or close the facility as per posted hours and ensure security at closing.
• Respond to concerns in a courteous and patient manner; communicate with supervisors as needed.
