Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for members and guests
• Verify identity and membership/program status at entry
• Greet members by name and answer questions about programs and facilities
• Handle inquiries and respond to member needs courteously
• Answer calls professionally and transfer as needed
• Adhere to YMCA policies and safety regulations
• Be familiar with emergency procedures and communicate with staff as required
• Help open/close facility according to posted hours
