Job summary

The YMCA of Central Stark County is seeking support staff to deliver excellent service to members, guests, and program participants. You will respond to needs, promote programs, and help connect people to Y services.

Flexible weekday daytime and afternoon hours, with 2 weekend shifts per month, totaling approximately 15–20 hours per week. The role emphasizes strong listening, empathy, and relationship-building within a diverse community.
