Job summary

Boeing Employees Credit Union, Spokane division, is seeking a Member Consultant II to deliver a seamless, high-quality member experience across financial services. You will apply product knowledge to assist with deposits, lending, and fiduciary accounts while supporting community financial wellness.

The role requires a minimum two years in a sales-oriented financial environment, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and willingness to travel between branches within the pod.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in a sales-oriented, financial, or retail environment.
• Strong communication and ability to learn multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and sales across product areas including business services, consumer lending, deposits, IRA, POA and Fiduciary accounts.
• Sign line and loan documents originated through the call center to fulfill members' needs.
• Assist the community with financial wellness through education and access to planning resources.
