Job summary

BECU seeks a Member Consultant II in Spokane Valley to deliver a seamless member experience by applying product knowledge across lending, deposits, and fiduciary services. You will sign line and loan documents and refer complex needs to specialists to support members’ financial wellness.

The role includes a 12-week training program, cross-branch rotations within the East District, and a one-year commitment. Travel between branches is required, with flexible schedules and occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in a sales-oriented, financial, or retail environment.
• One year of experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Spanish language fluency highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency with learning new systems and navigating multiple programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member experience with product knowledge across services.
• Sign line and loan documents originated through call center.
• Assist community with financial wellness and education resources.
• Refer members to specialized services when needed.
